Reset Dividend

Purpose of the Reset Dividend

The Reset Dividend is part of the 31Flavor Reset Maintenance Program. It exists to recognize and reward members who demonstrate long-term consistency, accountability, and commitment to wellness. Participation is earned through completion and maintenance, not appearance or popularity.

Eligibility

Participants must complete the 31Flavor Reset program, enter Maintenance status, remain within reset rules, and stay in good standing.

Maintenance Compliance & Reversion

Maintenance status is contingent on maintaining results within an agreed-upon range.

• Participants who exceed 10% above their established maintenance goal may be reassigned to Level 2 for additional structure and support.
• This reassignment is not a penalty. It is a built-in safeguard designed to protect long-term success.
• Once participants return within the maintenance range and complete Level 2 requirements, they may re-enter Maintenance and regain eligibility for Reset Dividend benefits.

Participation Standards

While active in the Reset Dividend, participants agree to:

• Share one progress-related post per week on a social platform of their choice, tagging or referencing 31Flavor Reset
• Share honest experiences (no scripts required)
• Avoid medical claims, guarantees, or misleading statements
• Maintain respectful and non-comparative language

Failure to meet these standards may pause Reset Dividend benefits without removing program access.

Media Usage Permission

Participants grant 31FlavorFitness permission to share submitted photos, videos, testimonials, or tagged posts for educational and promotional purposes. This permission is non-exclusive, does not transfer ownership of likeness, and can be revoked with written notice. Content will not be used in a misleading or disrespectful way.

Reset Dividend Benefits

Eligible participants may receive free Maintenance access, eligibility for the Reset Dividend Pool (5% of annual net profit), and optional invitations to events, interviews, or educational discussions.

Reset Dividend Pool

The pool is calculated annually and distributed among eligible Maintenance participants. Distribution may be equal or time-weighted. The Reset Dividend is not guaranteed income, not wages, and not employment compensation. Distribution may be monetary or non-monetary.

Voluntary Participation

Participation is voluntary. Members may remain in the program without Reset Dividend benefits if they choose not to participate.
